The purpose of Group
Walking Meditation is to help each participant accomplish mindfulness
through group presence which is stronger than an individual presence
and to eventually help the group to establish a common ground over
diversity in the group. That is, Group Walking Meditation can unite all
who work for the common goal. It can enhance efficiency and
effectiveness in daily living. It also can lead to the cultivation of
human relation skills as well as to a deep inner poise that manifests
as consistency, joy and courage.
Group Walking
Meditation sessions can be summarized as follows:
* Each session may consist
of Individual Walking Meditation, Pair Walking Meditation, and Group
Walking Meditation or combination thereof;
* Between 60 and 90 minutes per session;
* Can be arranged as half day or full day workshop;
* Also available for a weekend or week-long retreat;
* Private sessions for Individual Walking Meditation and Pair Walking
Meditation can be arranged upon request; and
* To maximize effectiveness of walking meditation, multiple sessions
can be arranged on an ongoing basis.

sessions are suitable for professional development days, corporate
days, or team building events and can be conducted at clients’ premises
