What is Walking Meditation Coaching?
Walk to Meditate, Anytime, Anywhere!

Walking Meditation Coaching helps you tap into your insights experienced during Walking Meditation. That is, you will be guided to experience mindfulness while walking. For example, often answers to your questions lie within but you fail to recognize them and keep searching. Thus Walking Meditation coaching will help you encounter the wisdom of the insights, which are already there, while walking.

How does Walking Meditation Coaching work?

A coaching session of walking meditation can run about an hour to an hour and a half in duration. During the session, you will be guided through a number of exercises and various walking patterns, all of which encourage mindfulness. While practicing these walking exercises, you will gradually establish a keen sense of posture, axis, centering, grounding, breathing, balance, sensitivity, and ultimately, connection with yourself, your partner or your group.

Walking Meditation sessions are available in the following formats:

* Executive one-on-one sessions (Individual Walking Meditation);
* Pair session (Pair Walking Meditation);
* Group session (Group Walking Meditation);
* Between 60 and 90 minutes per session;
* Can be arranged as 1/2 day or full day workshop; and
* Also available for a weekend or week-long retreat;
* To maximize effectiveness of walking meditation, multiple sessions can be arranged on an ongoing basis; and
* The session can be held either at coach’s studio or at your office or home, providing there is enough space to walk around.
